The Founders Story

From Crisis to Calling: Why I Created NEXIE!

I’ve lived through 8 out of 10 ACE's. 

Complexed trauma, adversity, and imbalance shaped my path—but they didn’t define my future. Instead, they ignited a deep purpose: to create opportunity, healing, and income for people like me… and maybe like you.

NEXIE is my legacy. It’s my heart, my intention, my lived experience—woven together with decades of research, teaching and intervention work, professional training, trauma studies, development of community initiatives and a search for best-practice pedagogy.

I built NEXIE to work around my children.

To align with my wellbeing and values. 

With knowledge, love and a willingness to serve a greater purpose.
